Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in strategy, product development, or business growth
• Strong strategic acumen and leadership within global life insurance, wealth management, or private banking
• Executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management with cross-regional leaders and C-suite executives
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages advantageous for international collaboration
• Experience with governance structures, regulatory frameworks, and cross-border risk mitigation

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall High-Net-Worth strategy and market expansion initiatives on a global scale to drive continuous business growth across international markets
• Drive the end-to-end development and enhancement of tailored HNW product offerings, bespoke value propositions
• Establish robust governance structures, regulatory frameworks, and licensing requirements to ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance and cross-border risk mitigation
• Design and implement strategic channel incentives, compensation models, and performance metrics to align global sales distribution with HNW growth targets
• Partner closely with C-suite leadership and regional executives to evaluate global market trends, competitive intelligence, and international growth opportunities
