Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Hong Kong financial services with solid exposure to Type 1 (Securities) and Type 2 (Futures) brokerage operations.
• Currently holding SFC Type 1 and Type 2 licenses (RO status is a plus).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Good IT knowledge and familiarity with brokerage systems (e.g., trading platforms, order management systems, back-office systems).
• Exposure to Virtual Assets (VA) is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of securities and futures brokerage businesses across front, middle, and back offices.
• Lead and execute projects assigned by management, including system enhancements, workflow automation, process re-engineering, and new business initiatives.
• Oversee client onboarding, ensuring KYC and CDD procedures comply with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate between front office, operations, settlement, IT, and external counterparties to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
• Support Senior Management on strategic operational matters, project reporting, and ad-hoc initiatives.
• Collaborate with compliance, finance, legal, and IT to align operations with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
