Job summary

Matilda & War Memorial Hospital in Hong Kong is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department, lead a team of technical staff and drive corrective, preventive and new maintenance projects.

You will allocate resources, coordinate with contractors and internal departments, ensure safety and compliance with building services legislation, and mentor staff through training and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in related managerial positions.
• Experience in hospital or hotel facilities preferred.
• Conversant with local building services legislation and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental operation and manage a team of technical staff on maintenance projects.
• Allocate internal/external resources for efficient maintenance within tight schedules.
• Collaborate with departments, contractors and regulatory bodies to ensure safety and compliance.
