Job summary

Sino Estates Management Ltd in Central, Hong Kong Island is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee daily operations of the Maintenance Department and ensure smooth building services management.

You will lead improvements to M/E plants, supervise building works for efficiency, manage the department budget, oversee emergency works, and coordinate safety during projects with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services with at least 6 years of experience or Higher Diploma with 8 years of experience.
• Minimum 6 years of sound technical experience in property repair and maintenance, renovation and A&A works.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Maintenance Department to ensure smooth running.
• Propose and monitor improvements and modifications to existing M/E plants.
• Oversee building works to achieve better efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with latest regulations.
• Prepare and control the department’s annual budget.
• Supervise emergency maintenance works.
• Liaise with relevant parties to ensure safety during project implementation.
