Job summary

Belimo, the global market leader in energy-efficient control devices for HVAC systems, seeks a Logistics & Procurement Specialist in Hong Kong. You will support sourcing, warehousing, and transportation, ensuring compliant import/export activities and timely procurement.

You will coordinate with suppliers, manage inventories, and monitor supplier performance. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field, 10 years in procurement/logistics, SAP and MS Office proficiency, and strong

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in procurement, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Source indirect materials, products, and services from approved suppliers and obtain quotations for comparison of price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, documentation, and other procurement-related matters.
• Maintain supplier records, contracts, procurement documentation, and support vendor performance monitoring and supplier evaluations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including local and international transportation arrangements.
• Monitor inventory levels, support stock replenishment planning, and maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate warehousing activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and timely delivery of materials and products.
• Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and ensure compliance with import/export, trade, audit, and record-keeping requirements.
