Job summary

Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel in Wong Chuk Hang is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive associate growth and performance through targeted training and leadership programs.

You will partner with department leaders, design onboarding and engagement initiatives, oversee trainee recruitment, build university relationships, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Marriott International offers an inclusive culture and opportunities for professional development.
