Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft workplace technologies and enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Proven track record leading Microsoft 365 and AI productivity programs in large enterprises.
• Experience as Product Manager or Platform Owner for enterprise productivity services.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise product roadmap for Microsoft 365, Collaboration Platforms and Microsoft Copilot services.
• Define and execute long-term strategy for digital workplace, productivity, collaboration and AI-enabled employee experiences.
• Establish product vision, operating model, success metrics, and adoption targets aligned with business priorities.
• Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies, AI innovations and workplace trends to evolve the platform strategy.
• Develop business cases and value realization frameworks for productivity investments and platform enhancements.
• Lead Copilot Center of Excellence activities and promote AI innovation across the organization.
