The Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education is seeking a senior IT leader to shape and oversee the Academy’s information technology strategy. You will drive digital transformation, cyber security, AI and cloud initiatives in alignment with organisational goals.

Responsibilities include governance, risk management, policy development and leading IT projects, operations and vendor relationships. Strong communication in English and Putonghua is valued.

Qualificações

• A recognised degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.
• At least 6 years of relevant IT experience, including supervisory capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, formulate and review the Academy’s long‑term IT roadmap and annual IT plans.
• Drive digital transformation, cybersecurity, AI, automation and cloud initiatives.
• Oversee IT governance, risk management, policies and compliance across the Academy.
• Coordinate IT projects from initiation to post‑implementation review.
• Manage IT operations, infrastructure, systems, websites and digital platforms.
• Lead vendor and contract management, including evaluations and supplier performance.
• Provide user support, training and documentation for IT services.
• Promote information security practices and cybersecurity awareness among users.
