Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking an senior leader to guide the Cyber Security Department within the IT Division, spanning Hong Kong and Shenzhen. You will shape cybersecurity strategy, oversee critical services, and drive governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the enterprise.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and champion security by design, DevSecOps, and employee wellbeing, aligning with IGNITION operating model and organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business management, risk governance or related fields.
• Strong KPI monitoring and reporting capabilities with analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with executives and boards.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Power BI, Trello, and collaboration tools.
• Fluent English writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define cybersecurity strategies aligned to Club objectives.
• Oversee initiatives to maintain secure, resilient operations and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of critical cyber services and roadmap.
• Create and maintain the Book of Work (BOW) for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Report on portfolio performance, risk posture, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and promote an inclusive, wellbeing-focused culture.
• Promote security by design and DevSecOps adoption.
