Job summary

HKPC is seeking a senior leader to head Cybersecurity and AI Governance within its Digital Trust and AI Transformation Division in Hong Kong. You will drive strategy, market leadership and service excellence to advance secure adoption of digital technologies and AI.

A proven track record in cybersecurity, AI governance and leadership is essential. You will lead development and commercialisation of cybersecurity, AI governance, AI security and digital trust services, build strategic partnerships

Qualifications

Degree in computer science, information security, AI or related field; postgraduate qualification advantageous.
12–15 years in cybersecurity/digital risk or related fields, with 5+ years in leadership.
Proven track record translating market and threat developments into strategy and roadmaps.
Strong knowledge of cyber frameworks, AI governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or ISO/IEC 27001 are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity, AI governance and digital trust strategy for HKPC and HKCERT.
Develop services, drive portfolio growth and ensure service excellence.
Build strategic partnerships with government, regulators, industry and academia.
Oversee operations, threat intelligence collaboration and cyber resilience initiatives.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team in AI security and responsible AI.
