You will oversee major accounts, collaborate with internal teams, and present renewal and placement strategies while maintaining strong CRM discipline. A senior, influential leadership role with regional impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, new business development and client relationship management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Proven track record in hitting sales targets and growing accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business targets through leadership of the full sales cycle and pipeline management.
• Identify and convert new opportunities, focusing on sports and gaming sectors.
• Oversee large, complex accounts and co-ordinate internal teams for go‑to‑market strategy.
• Develop renewal and placement strategies with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives.
• Understand client priorities, risk strategies and needs to deliver tailored solutions.
• Leverage risk expertise to assess exposures and create innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with country departments and regional teams to utilise Marsh resources.
• Prepare compelling sales materials, submissions and client documentation.
• Present to prospective clients and identify requirements for new products.
• Engage in senior‑level client interactions and manage relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to sharpen strategy.
• Represent Marsh as a thought leader and maintain market knowledge.
• Meetings, events and industry engagements conducted professionally.
• Maintain CRM usage and compliance with processes.
