Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm delivering end-to-end advisory services through the INFRA practice across Asia. We support clients in transportation, utilities, energy, and mining with project advisory, capital strategy and delivery expertise.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, 2+ years in consulting, and fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus).

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting or related areas.
• Some knowledge of INFRA service lines and experience across sectors.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses to identify root causes and prepare initial recommendations.
• Communicate confidently with team members and stakeholders; structure presentations and reports clearly.
• Manage own work within a wider project; coordinate with team and escalate risks as required.
• Understand infrastructure sector trends and apply insights to improve deliverables.
• Foster teamwork, respect and inclusion; share knowledge with peers and analysts.
• Establish credibility with peers and build professional networks internally and externally.
