  • Ensure alignment across workstreams and foster an inclusive team culture, supporting INFRA practice initiatives and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead teams or workstreams effectively, providing coaching and feedback and support recruitment and onboarding.
  • Manage relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact.
  • Engage in go-to-market initiatives for projects or accounts, translating sector knowledge into actionable opportunities.
  • Expand relationships within existing clients, identifying opportunities to deliver additional value and support business development.

The Team

The Infrastructure & Capital Projects (INFRA) practice provides end-to-end project advisory services across five core service propositions:

  • Transaction Advisory - financial, technical and regulatory due diligence for bid-side Capital Strategy and Sourcing - raising finance to deliver infrastructure Value Creation - maximising value across a portfolio Capital Delivery - project and program management advisory and dispute support Operational Turnaround - asset optimisation and performance improvement

We combine strategic and operational expertise with technical knowledge to support clients across Asia in the transportation and logistics; power and utilities; energy; social infrastructure; and mining sectors. A&M INFRA advise developers; sponsors; lenders and investors; and project leaders to select, structure, improve and execute capital projects in a more efficient and sustainable way.

How You Will Contribute
  • Provides clients with practical, data-driven recommendations on capital delivery and operational improvement projects
  • Demonstrate effective communication to internal and external stakeholders, tailoring presentations to ensure clear understanding of key points
  • Lead medium-scale projects or multiple workstreams, developing plans, allocating resources and ensuring quality of deliverables
  • Combine understanding of industry dynamics and project and program management, asset optimisation and construction processes to inform client solutions
  • Ensure alignment across workstreams and foster an inclusive team culture, supporting INFRA practice initiatives and knowledge sharing
  • Lead teams or workstreams effectively, providing coaching and feedback and support recruitment and onboarding
  • Manage relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact
  • Engage in go-to-market initiatives for projects or accounts, translating sector knowledge into actionable opportunities
  • Expand relationships within existing clients, identifying opportunities to deliver additional value and support business development
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related degree
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting or other related areas
  • Knowledge of INFRA service lines with proven experience in advising on capital projects and programs and operations, managing a team to deliver engagements effectively
  • Trusted relationships with working level client stakeholders and an active network that supports opportunity identification
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus but not required
