Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• CFA qualification or MBA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex M&A transactions across the deal life cycle including due diligence and post‑deal planning.
• Oversee client relationships at executive and senior management levels.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance across engagements.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
• Contribute to practice development and strategic growth initiatives.
