Binance, a leading global blockchain company, is seeking a procurement professional to manage vendor onboarding, RFP/RFQ processes, and ongoing supplier performance. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and alignment with company policies across regions, including English and Mandarin engagement with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher requirement.
• 5-8 years hands-on experience in indirect procurement.
• Strong bilingual communication in English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Vendor Assessment procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Support vendor onboarding, including vendor creation and VDD review.
• Assist with daily procurement operations across indirect categories.
• Manage the vendor lifecycle: RFP/RFQ, vendor selection, and performance reviews.
• Lead negotiations with vendors on price, delivery, SLAs, and contract follow-up.
• Assist in knowledge sharing and training on procurement compliance.
• Contribute to process optimization for efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
• Support data analysis, invoice validation, and documentation tracking.
