Binance is seeking a Senior Legal Operations & Admin Executive to streamline contracts, vendor spend, billing, and related systems. The role collaborates with Legal, Finance, Procurement and Engineering and reports to the Head of Legal Operations.

It remains fully remote, supporting a global team. You will own end-to-end contract processes, oversee payments, manage vendors and platform integrations, and drive process improvements with automation.

Formación

• 5+ years in legal operations or a related role.
• Experience designing processes that handle high volumes of payment requests and documentation accurately.
• Confident working with large datasets and spreadsheets.
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Sound judgement with confidential material.
• Comfortable making decisions and escalating only what needs escalating.

Responsabilidades

• Own the contract execution and filing process end to end, so that contracts are issued, recorded and easy to retrieve for the legal team and stakeholders across the business.
• Oversee payment requests and invoice review, work with Finance to resolve billing issues, and support budget tracking and forecasting.
• Manage vendor onboarding, renewals and rate-card administration, and enforce External Legal Counsel Guidelines with law firms.
• Manage the relationship with matter management and e-signature platform vendors, and oversee integrations and configurations.
• Identify manual processes and drive automation through to delivery.
• Keep process documentation up to date.
