The role covers talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement and change management, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP role.
• Experience supporting commercial, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience in a multinational, matrix organization; proven senior leadership partnering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate objectives into people strategies.
• Lead talent management, succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and people-related decisions.
• Oversee employee relations, organizational design and change management.
• Collaborate with regional COEs to deliver an excellent employee experience.
