Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) is seeking an experienced HR/Administration professional to lead the preparation and consolidation of strategic planning reports, annual work plans, and management reports for the department. You will coordinate HR administrative work across divisions and maintain effective communication with internal and external parties.

The role requires a degree or above, 4-5 years in administration or HR within banking or large organizations, data analysis and report skills, and

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in related disciplines.
• Good at data analysis and report preparation.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English; Putonghua is a must.
• Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under pressure.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate strategic planning reports, management reports, and annual work plans for the department.
• Coordinate the administrative works of the HR department and support each division.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and/or external parties and ensure management decisions are implemented.
• Coordinate the business continuity plan and other issues related to operational/compliance risk.
• Centralize supervision and management of departmental expenses including drafting annual HR budgets.
