Job summary

Links International is seeking a Strategic HR Leader to partner with the CEO and executive team to shape a people strategy that drives growth, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.

This role leads organization design, workforce planning, talent strategy, leadership development, and HR operations, with a focus on transformation, AI-enabled initiatives, and building strong stakeholder relationships across Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 10-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Proven experience partnering with CEOs, executive teams, and senior stakeholders to drive business-aligned people strategies.
• Hands-on HR transformation, process improvement, digitalization, automation, or AI-enabled workforce initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership to develop and execute a people strategy.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, leadership effectiveness and culture transformation.
• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategy, policies and people programs.
• Oversee HR operations, governance and compliance across Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development.
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and value-added solutions.
