WCFO Communication Limited in Hong Kong invites a strategic Global HR Lead to partner with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team. You will shape HR strategy for a multi-regional footprint spanning China, Southeast Asia, Japan, the US, and beyond, driving organizational design and talent systems.

The role demands deep labor-law mastery, cross-cultural leadership, and hands-on crisis management, with accountability as HR #1.

Qualifications

• This position requires 10+ years of comprehensive HR leadership and experience as the primary HR decision-maker.
• Global mindset with track record in international talent acquisition and overseas teams.
• Industry background in technology or advanced manufacturing, with R&D/engineering insight.

Responsibilities

• Global footprint: manage labor laws, compensation, and cross-cultural HR across multiple regions.
• Organizational transformation: design org structure and HR strategy, then implement changes.
• Crisis & compliance: handle high-stakes labor disputes and regulatory issues.
• Strategic planning: translate business strategy into HR roadmaps for the CEO and Board.
• Cross-border talent system: oversee overseas expansion, total rewards, localization strategies.
• Organizational development and culture integration: drive high-performance environments.
• End-to-end HR operations and dispute resolution: overhaul recruitment, performance, and L&D with compliance.
