Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance, banking, financial services, partnership management, or business development.
• Solid understanding of life insurance products, partnership distribution channels, and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience in partnership management, business planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and project management capabilities.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to identify and implement growth opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese input.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
