Job summary

Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad seeks a Deputy Business Strategy Manager in the Institutional Business Department to assist in formulating and executing strategic initiatives aligned with the bank's goals. You will coordinate with Southeast Asia entities and support management reporting to drive sustainable growth.

You will monitor KPIs, provide analytical recommendations, and collaborate with cross-border teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in relevant disciplines.
• Knowledge or experience in Information Technology / FinTech is an advantage.
• 2 years or above relevant banking experience including strategic planning or relationship management.
• Exposures in Southeast Asia are advantageous.
• Excellent communications, presentation and project management skills with good command of English and Chinese; fluent in Putonghua.
• Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, creative and enthusiastic for new challenges.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese input methods.

Responsibilities

• Business Planning and Execution: assist in formulating and implementing management initiatives for Southeast Asia Entities; communicate with overseas entities; drive execution of management measures.
• Management Reporting and Decision Support: provide regular updates to management on Southeast Asia business progress; offer analytical insights to facilitate decisions.
• Performance Management: help establish and monitor KPIs for Southeast Asia Entities; analyze outcomes and develop action plans to support local objectives.
