Bank of China (Hong Kong) seeks a candidate to assist in strategic planning and execution for Southeast Asia Entities. The role emphasizes cross-border communication, execution of management measures, and consistent operational delivery across the region.

The position requires 2+ years in banking with strategic planning experience, strong English and Chinese communication, Putonghua, and proficiency in MS Office. SEM-SEA exposure is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant disciplines; IT/FinTech knowledge is a plus.
• 2 years or above banking experience in strategic planning or relationship management; SEA exposure is a plus.
• Excellent communications, presentation and project management skills; fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic and proactive for new challenges.

Responsabilités

• Business Planning and Execution: assist in formulation and implementation of management initiatives for Southeast Asia Entities; ensure consistent operational delivery.
• Management Reporting and Decision Support: provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to management to support sustainable growth.
• Performance Management: establish and monitor KPIs for SEA Entities; analyze performance and develop action plans for improvement.
