Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Southeast Asia Operations Management Division. You will assist the Hong Kong Headquarters to plan, promote, implement and optimize the group regional operations centralization strategy across ASEAN entities.

You will manage regional project tasks, coordinate with Headquarters and ASEAN partners, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while aligning with the bank's strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in banking operations, ops process optimization, or regional office management.
• Highly organized self-starter able to lead multiple projects to tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability; good English and Chinese (Putonghua basics).
• Experience collaborating with HQ and ASEAN entities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist HQ in planning, promoting, implementing and optimizing the regional operations centralization strategy across ASEAN entities.
• Manage and monitor regional operations project tasks; coordinate with HQ and ASEAN entities on dependencies.
• Work with local and regional partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the bank's strategy.
