Job summary

Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad is seeking a Sales Management Manager to lead a team in developing and executing strategic sales plans for personal and SME banking products. You will collaborate with stakeholders to promote business strategies and monitor sales performance to meet objectives.

The role requires a degree in business/relevant field, at least 8 years in banking with hands-on sales management experience, and strong analytical and communication skills in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 8 years' experience in banking or financial industry, with 5 years in hands-on sales management preferred.
• Strong knowledge in statistics, retail banking operations, risk management and business practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to develop and implement sales management strategic plans for personal and SME banking products to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote and implement overall business strategies.
• Oversee strategic sales plans, performance tools, and processes to enhance sales efficiency.
• Recommend sales strategies and procedures to boost effectiveness and performance.
• Coordinate and monitor implementation of strategies, including cost-benefit analysis and resource allocation.
• Prepare statistical reports on business data and market trends for management review.
• Oversee ad hoc projects and update policies and procedures for the department.
