Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a driven professional to lead the growth and sustainability of the eRenteBuy Gerontech Platform on an eight-month contract. You will drive business development, sales growth, product strategy, marketing initiatives, and platform operations.

You will build partnerships with gerontechnology suppliers, distributors, retailers, NGOs, and community organisations, lead a team to source innovative products, and monitor KPIs to enhance customer experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, marketing, e-commerce, or platform management.
• Strong partnership development and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in healthcare, ageing services, social services, retail, or technology sectors is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business and sales strategies to expand the eRenteBuy platform.
• Build partnerships with gerontechnology suppliers, distributors, retailers, NGOs, and community organisations.
• Lead the team to source and curate innovative, affordable, and quality gerontechnology products.
• Develop product and marketing strategies to increase platform awareness, adoption, and sales.
• Monitor platform performance, sales trends, user engagement, and key business KPIs.
• Oversee product listings, content updates, and day-to-day platform operations.
• Analyse market trends and user feedback to enhance business performance and customer experience.
