Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in product management or business development in industrial sector.
• Proven ability to originate new business and penetrate global markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent English mandatory; Chinese a plus.
• Results-oriented leader with sharp analytical thinking and strong PM capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue worldwide business opportunities across market segments.
• Define product vision and tactical roadmap based on market analysis and client input.
• Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new offerings and ensure strong uptake.
• Establish pricing models, oversee margins, and lead contract negotiations to meet financial goals.
• Build deep relationships with international clients and work with sales to close deals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to craft customised solutions and ensure execution.
