Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 1 year or more related experience in insurance sales.
• Strong knowledge of long term insurance products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• IIQE 1, 2, 3 certification is required.
• Teamwork spirit and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Manager to generate appointments and provide professional insurance planning services by meeting potential customers.
• Analyze customers' personal financial situation and identify their needs in financial services.
• Recommend wealth and protection insurance products to best suit customer needs.
• Work at centralised office and meet with clients at Branch.
• Maximise business opportunities to achieve Branch sales goal.
• Provide quality after-sales services to maintain customer relationship.
• Solicit referral business to expand the customer base.
• Assist in medical underwriting, case pending and follow up processes.
• Assist in administration processes to ensure efficient turnaround time (TAT).
