Champion Global Services Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Group Procurement Officer (Non-Food) to oversee general hotel OS&E, maintenance, cleaning supplies, and related outsourcing services.

You will support the Group Procurement Manager by obtaining competitive quotes, coordinating the full procurement cycle from vendor selection to delivery, and assisting with contract preparation. Strong English and Chinese skills are required.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting, Hotel/F&B Management or related fields.
• At least 5 years purchasing experience, preferably FMCG; hospitality/HORECA experience encouraged.
• Good communication, customer service mindset, and basic negotiation skills.
• Well-organized, able to multitask, plan, and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office; procurement ERP knowledge a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle OS&E procurement for hotel and related services.
• Support procurement manager with competitive quotes and tenders.
• Coordinate end-to-end procurement: sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, approval, delivery.
• Assist in contract preparation upon supplier award.
• Maintain data on procurement documents, price lists, specs, and samples.
• Liaise with hotel users to ensure PR processing is timely.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and cross-functional tasks.
