You will develop strategies, pursue new business opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to drive revenue and grow your career within a dynamic, multinational company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
Understand customer needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of JD.com's products and services.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Accurately forecast sales and provide regular reports on sales performance.
