Job summary

Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a senior FP&A and Capital Management leader to drive the three-year plan, budget and rolling forecast across IFRS 17 metrics, new business value and capital. Challenge assumptions, provide scenarios and influence management decisions.

You will own monthly/quarterly reporting, performance analysis, capital framework, solvency planning and governance, collaborating with Actuarial, Risk and Investments to optimise capital allocation and drive sustainable

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in finance, accounting, actuarial science or related field.
Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Qualifed accountant or actuary preferred.
12+ years of progressive FP&A, capital management or actuarial finance experience.
Strong IFRS 17, IFRS 9 knowledge for life and non-life insurance.

Responsibilities

Lead long-range strategic plan, annual budget and rolling forecast for IFRS 17 metrics and capital.
Own monthly/ quarterly management reporting and performance analysis.
Maintain capital framework, appetite, solvency planning and risk-based capital processes.
Strengthen governance, data quality and escalation of capital risks.
Build and develop a high-performing FP&A and Capital Management team.
