Senior FP&A Analyst — APAC (HK or SG)

Job summary

Leadingnation seeks a Senior FP&A professional to support APAC operations from Hong Kong or Singapore. This hands-on role covers budgeting, forecasting and management reporting with exposure to senior management.

You will build financial models, analyze profitability and liquidity, coordinate monthly closes, and drive Capex and cash flow planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A or financial analyst experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting and analysis using ERP systems and HFM.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare budget guidelines, assumptions and templates.
• Review budget proposals, identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance explanations.
• Support Finance Director AP with various reports.
• Coordinate monthly management accounts and present monthly financial reports.
