You will supervise a small team of analysts, develop strategic ROI evaluations, and manage cross‑functional initiatives to align finance with business growth.

The role emphasizes building robust financial models, partnering with product, sales and operations, and driving efficiency through automated reporting and dashboards.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A or Corporate Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications preferred.
• Strong quantitative and communication skills.
• Self-starter with intrapreneurship mindset.
• Analytical, strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and strategic partnership.
• Proficient in financial systems, reporting tools and data visualization.
• Experience in supervising or leading a small team.

Aufgaben

• Lead Group Financial Consolidation across 4 Asian markets and 10+ entities.
• Oversee monthly reporting, earnings, regulatory filings, and KPI dashboards.
• Prepare annual plan and rolling forecasts for the group.
• Partner with business teams to provide strategic cost analysis and forecasting.
• Lead and mentor two financial analysts, drive growth and training.
• Develop advanced financial models and scenario planning.
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and new product projects.
• Champion system/process improvements and automate reporting workflows.
