Job summary

Furst Asia Limited, a HK-listed IC and microchip trading group, seeks a highly analytical Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage HKEX disclosures, HKFRS/IFRS alignment, treasury and FX risk, and cross-border trade financing, reporting to the CFO. 8–10 years of accounting experience and HKICPA/ACCA membership are required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity at an HKEX-listed company.
• Active member of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia or equivalent.
• Experience in semiconductor trading, electronic component distribution, or high-velocity global supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HKEX disclosures and financial reporting to ensure regulatory compliance.
• HKFRS/IFRS alignment focusing on revenue recognition (HKFRS 15) for complex terms.
• Lead board communications with CFO and Audit Committee.
• Inventory valuation management with price volatility tracking and NRV assessments.
• Oversee cash flow and CCC optimization; manage multi-currency treasury and trade finance.
• Drive internal controls and coordinate audits with external auditors.
