Job summary

Horizon Construction Overseas (Hongkong) Limited is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance and group consolidation in Hong Kong. You will ensure HKEX compliance and strengthen internal controls.

The role partners with business units on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and cross‑border finance, including M&A due diligence, taxation, and finance transformation initiatives to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting/finance, with HK or overseas exposure.
• Proficient in IFRS/HKFRS; consolidation and audit coordination.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal control and compliance including group consolidation and HKEX reporting.
• Provide strategic finance support for HK business expansion, budgeting, and due diligence.
• Partner with business units on budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and profitability analysis.
• Manage cross-border treasury, liquidity, and working capital.
• Lead group tax planning and compliance; liaise with tax advisors.
• Drive finance transformation through process standardization and automation.
