Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to define and govern the blueprint of the enterprise architecture across CRM, BPM/ERP, data warehousing, and customer engagement platforms in Hong Kong.

You will lead end-to-end design for scalable, high-availability systems, evaluate technologies, and ensure security, compliance, and alignment with IT strategy. A strong track record in data integration and cloud platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a Solutions Architect role.
• Proven track record delivering mission-critical, high-transaction-volume systems in Hong Kong or similar regulated markets.
• Experience architecting business platform solutions and customer-facing solutions.
• Data & Integration: strong expertise in data warehousing, data modeling, and integration patterns (ESB, API Gateway, Microservices).
• Cloud & Infrastructure: certified expertise in major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and CI/CD pipeline.
• Database: proficiency in relational (Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall solution architecture blueprint for the enterprise, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end design of scalable, high-availability solutions across CRM, BPM/ERP, customer engagement platforms and data warehousing integration.
• Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring solutions are resilient, scalable, and secure for customers in Hong Kong.
• Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and future-readiness while complying with local standards.
• Design and oversee the enterprise data warehouse and data lake architecture for high-performance analytics.
• Lead complex data and system integration initiatives, connecting internal systems with external partners.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and risk assessments to ensure non-functional requirements are met (performance, security, DR).
• Review and formulate architectural design to enable AI and advanced technologies initiatives aligned with business strategies.
