Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technical/Solution Architect in Hong Kong to join our Solution Architecture Team. You will drive technical conversations, shape high-impact proposals, and design complex cross-domain solutions using agile and planned methods.

You will lead architectural discussions with clients, collaborate across teams, and promote adoption of new technologies while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years of software development and system design experience.
• Proven track record designing and implementing tech solutions for large-scale contexts.
• Strong background in Java, JavaScript, Python or C#.
• Solid systems design skills including data flows, APIs, interfaces.
• Experience with Cloud, DevOps and Agile practices.
• Proactive learner who adapts to new tech and trends.
• Excellent leadership and communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT solutioning to drive technical conversations with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to solution design proposals, including scope, data and security blueprints.
• Design and deliver cross-domain solutions using agile and planned methods.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and project members to implement solutions.
• Lead deep architectural discussions to build trust with clients.
• Stay current on new technologies and promote adoption on client and internal sides.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to resolve complex challenges and build relationships.
