Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a (Senior) Sales Specialist to coordinate promotional activities, execute sales plans, and build long-term customer relationships across assigned territories. Requirements include a science or dental technology background, fluency in English and Cantonese, and 1–2 years of sales experience. Office-based in Hong Kong with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• English and Cantonese fluent for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop pre-call plans based on business analytics to identify prospects and engage existing customers within assigned territories.
• Create and implement annual sales business plans to achieve sales and profit targets aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to maximize opportunities.
• Record daily sales activities and market intelligence in reports and provide timely forecasts and monthly analyses.
