Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Programme Delivery & Operations Support professional to coordinate customer engagement and partnership activities across multi-channel campaigns. You will liaise with business, operations, technology, compliance and external partners, ensuring timely action and accurate delivery.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in programme coordination, with insurance/financial services experience as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in programme or project coordination, customer communications, CRM, loyalty programmes, marketing operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
• Proven ability to coordinate tasks, track timelines, maintain records, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Hands-on experience drafting, editing, proofreading, and coordinating reviews of customer-facing or operational communications.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of customer engagement and partnership activities across campaigns, digital journeys, and customer programmes.
• Coordinate onboarding and day-to-day activities with internal teams and external partners, clarifying requests and sharing updates.
• Maintain trackers and timelines, follow up on actions, flag dependencies and issues to the manager.
• Support campaign and reward fulfilment in line with approved processes and business rules.
• Perform data validation, reconciliations, and operational checks for quality execution.
• Track programme and partnership performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
