Job summary

Manulife Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated professional to support planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of engagement initiatives for corporate clients and members. The role involves coordinating educational programmes, wellness activities, and customer events to strengthen relationships and improve experience.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver impactful programmes, monitor performance, and prepare management reports to inform business planning.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in customer engagement, programme management, marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in planning and managing customer engagement activities, seminars, wellness programmes, and corporate events for both corporate customers and individual members is highly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

This role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of engagement initiatives for corporate customers and members.
