Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an IP Manager in Hong Kong/Macau to lead indirect spend categories, drive value through strategic sourcing, and negotiate with suppliers while ensuring brand standards. You will collaborate with Business Units, strengthen supplier ecosystems, and champion Coupa/S2P adoption across the region.

The role emphasizes risk governance, CSR supplier audits, and operating as a trusted procurement SME with English and Chinese communication excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of procurement or managerial experience within MNCs, with solid strategic sourcing, contract drafting, and negotiation track records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines. CIPS qualification is an advantage.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and hands-on experience with e-Procurement tools (Coupa, SAP, or Ariba). S2C/Coupa implementation experience is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned indirect spend categories (OPEX and CAPEX) and drive RFX processes, market benchmarking, and data-driven negotiations.
• Act as SME across Business Units, guiding internal stakeholders on procurement processes and business goals.
• Build and manage local supplier partnerships; lead segmentation, performance evaluations, and risk monitoring.
• Serve as market Super User for Coupa/S2C; facilitate training, coaching, and change management.
• Integrate sustainability principles into sourcing strategies and support ESG goals.
