DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a VP, Specialist in Strategic Business Planning for Private Banking. The role partners with PB senior management to shape business strategy across North Asia and leads a team delivering management reports and performance insights.

You will drive end-to-end value propositions, partnerships, and campaigns while staying aligned with regional priorities. Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin is a plus; private banking experience preferred.

Qualificações

• 8-10 years in banking/financial services with strategic planning experience.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management landscape is a plus.
• Proven track record in strategy and business development.
• Excellent command of English; Mandarin a definite plus.

Responsabilidades

• Engage and support senior management in driving business strategy and performance across North Asia markets.
• Assist Team Head in yearly business planning and liaise with senior market heads to align priorities.
• Lead a small team to prepare management reports for country CEO and regional PB Head.
• Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen the business and client value proposition.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of client acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention strategies.
• Coordinate partnerships and referrals with internal and external stakeholders across regions.
