Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business or Finance, has 3+ years in private banking, excels in client service and communication, and is fluent in English and Chinese with Putonghua; the role is based on-site at One Island East

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in private banking.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese with Putonghua is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Planners in providing differentiated service to high net-worth customers
• Prepare onboarding docs for trust clients
• Prepare marketing/pitching material for the Wealth Planners
• Liaise with all stakeholders including trustee, clients, and bankers, from trust setup to on-going administration of trusts
• Prepare weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports to Team Leads and management
