Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Private Banking professional to support Wealth Planners serving high net-worth clients. You will help prepare onboarding documents for trust accounts and assist in preparing marketing materials.

You will liaise with trustees, clients and bankers from trust setup to ongoing administration and generate regular reports for Team Leads and management. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business or Finance, at least 3 years in private banking, and fluent English

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in private banking.
• Strong client relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Planners in providing differentiated service to high net-worth customers.
• Prepare onboarding doc for trust client.
• Prepare marketing/pitching material for the Wealth Planners.
• Liaise with trustee, clients, and bankers, from trust setup and account opening to on-going administration of trusts.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports to Team Leads and management.
