Job summary

Marsh is seeking a dynamic professional to join the MMB team in Hong Kong as a hybrid Business Development executive. You will drive new business in total rewards and employee benefits, build a robust HK account pipeline, and lead initial meetings with HR and business owners to uncover needs.

You will develop client-ready proposals with senior colleagues, stay current on market trends, and coordinate marketing plans for targeted accounts while maintaining CRM discipline and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in business development / sales / client servicing.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to use AI tools.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Comfortable with activity-based sales and multi-opportunity management.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business with a focus on total rewards and employee benefits products.
• Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts in Hong Kong; create structured lists and outreach cadence.
• Run first meetings and discovery with HR/Finance/business owners to identify opportunities.
• Develop client-ready proposals and pitch materials with senior colleagues.
• Stay updated on market developments, trends, and competitors’ positioning.
• Create marketing plans for offerings directed at target accounts and complex campaigns.
• Leverage events and networking to generate leads and convert contacts to meetings.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline forecasts with timely follow-ups.
