Job summary

Marsh is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Health & Benefits team in Hong Kong on a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office. The role focuses on client servicing, renewals, data preparation and claims support, with emphasis on accuracy and analytical insights.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in Management, Finance, Accounting or related discipline and 2+ years of insurance experience, plus strong Excel skills and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Management, Finance or Accounting or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills (interpret claims/utilization/census data, identify trends/cost drivers, provide client-ready summaries).
• Solid Excel/reporting skills (pivot tables, data cleaning, reconciliation, basic charting).
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Client Servicing & Coordination: Support day-to-day service delivery for assigned clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Renewals / Placement / Billing Support: Assist renewal activities, prepare reports and track inputs, coordinate quotation, placing and billing activities as applicable.
• Data Preparation & Benefits Analytics: Collect, clean and analyze benefit data and generate insights for team management.
• Accuracy, Governance & Filing: Ensure information accuracy and proper filing and version control in shared folders.
• Claims Support: Assist with moderately complex claim-related matters and coordinate information for equitable outcomes.
