Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong seeks a Relationship Manager, Business Development & Alliance in the SME Banking division to support the GBA One initiative. The role focuses on developing strategic ecosystem partnerships and originating quality SME and ME opportunities across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, building a disciplined pipeline from lead generation to conversion.

• Bachelor's degree or higher with extensive corporate or commercial banking experience.
• Experience in SME or commercial banking, business development, client acquisition, or ecosystem partnerships.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver New-to-Bank acquisition, referral, revenue, and strategic activity targets.
• Build and deepen strategic alliances with law firms, accounting firms, chambers, and industry bodies.
• Create sustainable source-origin acquisition channels and develop a disciplined pipeline.
• Understand prospects' business activities, locations, ownership, growth, and cross-border needs.
• Collaborate with SME Banking, Affluent, Private Banking, and product teams to identify opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline and partner productivity; provide regular management updates.
• Plan partner engagement, client events, and joint propositions to strengthen ecosystem coverage.
• Review market developments and feedback to refine alliance strategy and revenue growth.
• Own end-to-end experience for alliance-sourced prospects and clients with coordinated hand-offs.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and ecosystem partners with a client-first mindset.
