Job summary

Versace in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Store Supervisor to drive store performance and deliver exceptional service. You will meet customer expectations, act as a brand ambassador, and cultivate long-term VIP relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in retail or luxury, including 2 years in supervision, plus strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities to support a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of store objectives.
• Ensure superlative customer service standards, in order to meet customer expectations.
• Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele.
• Proactively take possible actions to maintain a long term relationship with customers.
• Participate in the organization of In-store & promotional events, as per Shop in Charge’s guidelines.
• Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met (Goods receiving, transferring, stock take, stock arrangement, reporting etc.).
• Assist the store manager to prepare sales report, product feedback on the responsible categories.
• Master the technical knowledge and skills that the assigned duties require, and contribute independently to the smooth running of the store.
• Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in retail or luxury industry which 2 years’ in supervisory level.
• Good computer skills, include operation of retail sales system, Word, Excel and email.
• Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term with clients and community, understand the needs and changes of the market.
• Strong teamwork and relationship skills.
• Organization and problem solving skills.
