Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, or an undergraduate degree with teacher certification in Education
• Proven track record in STEAM programming with an interdisciplinary, inquiry-led mindset
• Experience supporting and teaching learners with diverse educational needs
• Native-level English proficiency
• A highly proactive, collaborative, and team-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Lead STEAM initiatives across campus and foster hands-on inquiry and design thinking
• Deliver Design curriculum (MYP Design and IB DP Design) that challenges real-world problems
• Collaborate with educators to integrate coding, robotics, product design, and AI literacy across disciplines
• Cultivate an inclusive classroom where diverse learning needs are championed and every voice is heard
