Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Spark: Spearhead and elevate STEAM-based initiatives across campus, fostering a culture of hands-on inquiry and cutting-edge design thinking.

• Teach & Inspire: Deliver engaging Design curriculum (MYP Design and IB DP Design) that challenges students to solve real-world problems.

• Bridge Disciplines: Collaborate with a passionate team of educators to integrate coding, robotics, product design, and AI literacy across disciplines.

• Empower Every Learner: Cultivate an inclusive, positive classroom where diverse learning needs are championed and every voice is heard.

What You Bring to the Table

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, an undergraduate degree and a recognized teacher certification, i.e. Bachelor’s degree in Education; or Postgraduate Diploma in Education or a closely related field.

• Proven track record in STEAM programming with a strong interdisciplinary, inquiry-led mindset.

• Experience supporting and teaching learners with diverse educational needs.

• Native-level English proficiency.

• A highly proactive, collaborative, and team-first attitude.

Standout Skills

• Experience teaching IB DP Design and IB MYP Design.

• Experience organizing large scale initiatives like Design Challenge or Hack-a-thon.

• Hands-on background in product design, robotics, web programming, and digital media (video/image editing).

• Expertise in ICT/IT integration within a Google and Mac ecosystem.

• Demonstrated mastery in leading Project-Based Learning (PBL).
